I always enjoyed subbing for Linda in her kindergarten class. She had such creative ideas. She passed her cheerful spirit along to all the children she taught. Sincere sympathy to Bernell, Jane and Lance.

Sympathies to Bernell and family. Linda was a nice and caring lady. She visited her grandfather’s homestead in central Minnesota and enjoyed hearing the stories about her Minnesota cousins. Linda was especially interested in the small country church that her grandfather had attended. Sad loss for everyone who knew Linda.

Linda and Bernell brought my family some meals arranged through the church for my family when we had our new baby last year. The time I was able to talk to Linda I found her to be so kind and generous. I will be forever grateful for her kindness during a time when I felt alone and no family was offering to help me. Linda even brought them to my home. My thoughts and prayers are with Bernell, her kids, and numerous family and friends. May God comfort you during this time and know she is in good hands with the Lord.

We were so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. We have such good memories of Linda at the Calvary Lutheran Young Adults group in the early 70's, reconnecting in Red Deer in 1981, and stopping for visits in Camrose later at the greenhouse and Lefse House. She was always so joyful and welcoming. May God grant you peace and comfort as you mourn the loss of Linda, but also joy as you celebrate her life! Velma and Greg Wray

Mrs. Odegard was the beautiful soul who started both of our daughters into the big scary school. Her kind voice and understanding manner made them both feel confident that they would be alright. You made a difference everyday. Jenn Paul Micaela and Alicia Stone

Many years have gone by since I rode with Linda and another friend to Camrose from Saskatoon to attend C.L.B.I. She was a wonderful friend. I loved seeing her at their Grernhouse and at the Lefse House. She always had a smile and a friendly greeting. I know she is with hey Lord and Saviour♥️♥️Lois Steeves

I remember Linda mostly for her expertise as a kindergarten teacher. While on supervision I would walk by her classroom just as she was leading her students in O Canada. Linda had a beautiful singing voice. She was always kind and willing to stop and listen to those who had something to share with her. She will be missed by so many people. Wayne and I send our condolences, especially to Bernell, Lance and Jane.
