Dear Anna, Ashley and Family,
We send our deepest sympathy to you in the loss of Peter. Thank you for the remembrances you shared; we know that he loved being a grandfather. Our memories of Peter and Joy go back many years to their time in Ontario and we enjoyed many visits with them back then and in more recent years in Alberta and Saskatchewan. We will remember Peter's great sense of humour and love of conversation along with his sharp intellect.

Anna, Ashley and families my prayers and thoughts are with you on your loss. Peter was a wonderful philosopher with a worldly mindset. He had the knack of explaining big concepts in practical terms and touched many lives. With Joy they lived by example an ecumenical life. What a team. Camrose and community has been blessed. Peter with Joy touched peoples hearts.

To all of Peter's family and especially to Anna and Ashley, please accept my heartfelt condolences at this time. Peter was a lovely man and I especially enjoyed his humour. It has been a privilege to have witnessed his and Joy's love, regard and deep devotion to each other...they made the world better and I will miss their quiet, gentle and persistent presence.
