Dear Brent, Phamie, and All.
It was a privilege to get to know Eloise over the past year and some.
Thanks for entrusting her to our care, and thanks for modelling the love of a family with all your visits.
Music was a great way to connect with Eloise. On one occasion when I was visiting her unit she was sitting by a dining table and moving her fingers over the top of the table as if she was playing a piano. I think she was practising for when Carl came to visit her. On another occasion she called me [by a slip of the tongue] "Rev. Hunter" - an honour in the highest degree! Her bright smile and sharp wit will be a cherished memory.
