It is with the utmost of sadness that I receive word of the passing of my former Canadian Provost Corps and CF Military Police colleague, Wayne Devlin. As a young rookie back in the early 1960's I worked on his shift at 4 Provost Platoon (Hemer Det) in Germany. He was one of the finest soldiers/policemen that I ever had the opportunity to work with. On behalf of all members of the Canadian Provost Corps Association, I extend our deepest condolences to his Wife and Family. May he rest in peace!

Rest In Peace Wayne
You taught me a lesson once that I've never forgotten. I thought of you, every time I've visited a person's house, for over the last 30 years. And I'll probably think of you for the next 30. Every time I go to a new persons house, I think of you. Do you have any idea how many couches that is Wayne?
You've played a big part of my life, growing up with Julie. You were a good man and you will be missed
