Our condolences to the Harvey family..I met Jim back in the 80s when he ran a team dogsledding , had some bees and worked the power lines…He was a good friend first but also a one of a kind type of guy…and a very interesting person to know…Jim did well enjoying his interests and passions..We shared many good “bee talks” in our shop at Honeybear Apiaries when Jim would be picking up something hive related..He especially enjoyed the Alberta Beekeepers end of season convention and trade shows and midwinter workshops as well as the honey coop annual meetings in Spruce Grove…Big Jim will be missed and fondly remembered as well…
