Uncle Eddie was a very kind and gentle Uncle. A man of integrity, compassion for his family and an extremely knowledgeable and hard working stand-up guy. We think of his abundant library of books and the knowledge that he held, the machinery that he could operate and fix, and the ability to lend people a helpful hand if needed.
He loved his children and passed along a great work ethic to all of you.
Uncle Eddie was the last of that Blouin era.... Aunts and Uncles had now gone before him.
May you Roseanne, John and family; Maurice, Judy and family and Paulette find comfort that he is now at peace and suffers no more.
We are here to comfort you when need a shoulder to cry on and a place to visit to reminisce about the stories that tell the tale about the person that he genuinely was.
He was a loving Father, Grandfather and Uncle and friend.
Sending all our love, hugs and prayers,
Terry and Marilyn Nordin

Uncle Eddie was such a beautiful person! He was always calm, gentle, generous, kind, intelligent and the most positive person I have ever met!! As a child I loved being at his house where love and laughter was abundant! I also loved as a child, that after trick and treating on Halloween we would gather at Uncle Eddie’s place to celebrate his birthday! My husband Randy and I send our love, big hugs and condolences to the family. Our lives were made richer for knowing and loving him!.

Ed was dearly remembered by our family at many of our Sunday visits. Our parents had made a connection many years ago. I can recall harvest season and helping with the threshing. Ed was a thinker and inventor of making the work easier and more efficient. He will be greatly missed by many. May God's blessing rest heavily on the family for their loss.

To Ed’s families you must know that Ed was a very well respected man. If it involved humanity, Ed knew some good things. If it involved government he should have been our Premier. And of course if it involved dirt, well Ed knew that too. His inventions with machinery never ceased to amaze me. Always time for a good handshake and a visit. Well lived Ed. My condolences to the Rostaing family. Ed and I had many conversations over the years about Camrose County operations and Council decisions. While there were times when we agreed to disagree, it was always with each respecting the other. There is no doubt that Ed always had the best interests of his fellow citizens at heart and that he leaves our community a better place.
In sympathy and friendship.
