A tribute to my wonderful friend Betty. Betty was one of my biggest supporters at work and knew just by my mood how things were going with me, especially if I was having a tough time. She always gave me words of encouragement and support and always made sure I had a coffee when I needed one first thing in the morning. We always took an afternoon off work to shop for my late wife Maureen’s Christmas gifts. After I came back to Montreal to retire in 2017 we kept in touch with respect to each other’s lives and chatted at least on a monthly basis. Well this month was my turn I guess, sorry Betty. I will miss my friend dearly, but will always cherish the memories of our friendship. Godspeed, enjoy your rest my Friend. Jennifer, Leslie, Michelle and Austin, Please accept our deepest condolences in the loss of your mother and Grandmother. Going back when Betty and I worked together there are so many great and funny memories. She always took the time to listen and I can hear that little giggle she had.
