Mrs. Annette Leptick of Forestburg passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the age of 69 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Joe; children Lorne Page, Rick (Linda) Page of Prince Rupert; step-daughter Jocelyn (Rob) Amyotte of Regina; six grandchildren; one brother; and two sisters.
Annette was predeceased by her parents and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bill Harder officiating.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The Alberta Cancer Foundation.
