she was my therapist 14 ish years ago in the darkest time of my life. She was so wonderful she was a guide to me. I cant express enough good to say, she saved my life brought me out of a darness of the scars of abuse. She was gifted and made me feel stronger. I think about her and all i learned about myself through her i learned to stand up and i learned self worth. Anita will have my eternal gratitude and will always appreciate what she did for me. I just found out today about Anita's death. I knew she was ill, but not that the end would be this soon. She had and has a huge place in my heart, and I am a better person for having known her friendship and caring. My deepest condolences to all of the family, especially her children.

Anita was one of the most special lady's I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I worked at The Sewing Center and spent quite a bit of time with her when she bought her embroidery machine. She even made me lunch one day when I came to help her with sewing software. She came to be a friend and I will miss her calm, gentle ways.
