Janet and Jack, I am so sorry to hear of Sharon's passing. I first met Sharon at Mt. Calvary many years ago and enjoyed my acquaintance with her and Shirley and your whole family. I am sorry that Tom and I were on vacation and did not get home in time to learn of the gathering on Friday. Our hearts are with you at this very difficult time. Todays service was a wonderful tribute to Sharon. I have many fond memories of her and was once again reminded how she touched my life. Remembering her care for our children when my mom died and once again when I was being taken to the hospital for stitches! She was and is a saint! I thank God for her presence in our lives and pray for continued comfort for you Trev, Leah and Josh.

My condolences to your family. I knew Sharon as a child at First Luthern Church. Our parents were good friends and we spent many lunches at the Rothenbusches home after church, racing around. Sharon was a beautiful Christian who lived her life for Jesus. Had a lovely smile and personality. Even her 9 year fight against cancer was gracious and a witness to God's goodness in her life. She raised a godly family and had a good marriage. We send our love to the family and pray for you all at this very hard time of loss and sorrow. I remember babysitting Sharon as a tiny toddler. What a beautiful tribute to Sharon...she was all that and much more! Her love of life, her family, her friends, her gardening, her love of Christ and God's creation, her helping hand to so many of us...the list goes on!! She will be missed but we rejoice that she is safe in the arms of Jesus and will hold all of our memories close to our hearts!!
