Stanley Norbert MacDonald of Rosalind passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at the age of 81 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Karen; children Brenda Hochhausen of Daysland, Brian (Colleen) of Rosalind, Kevin (Michelle) of Camrose, and Keith (Maureen) of Rosalind; thirteen grandchildren; brother Gordon (Adeline) of Camrose; and sister Jean Scullion of Comox, B.C..
Stanley was predeceased by his parents William and Margaret, and seven brothers and sisters.
A Prayer Vigil was held at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, August 30, 2015 from Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic Church, Daysland.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 31, 2015 from Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic Church, Daysland with Rev. Leon Kler as celebrant. Interment has taken place in the St. Elizabeth's Cemetery, Rosalind.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, Daysland Hospital Foundation, or to the Rosalind Cemetery Fund.
