I know Dave through the UFA. Dave is a true ambassador for the Ag industry. His love for his family, his farm and his job was expressed by him in every conversation. He is respected by his peers and he acted as a mentor to many. He will be missed. My sincere condolences to dave's loved ones.

I wish you all my sympathy in this difficult time! had a lot of fun with Dave at U of A. I remember him when I was in my first year. He was a year or so ahead and he made everyone feel welcome and part of the group. He always seemed confident and sure. Even after several years between visits, Dave still made me feel like a friend. It seems reassuring that he was doing one of the things he loved in his final moments. Wishing you my deepest condolences.
