Although I did not know Gertie well I do remember visiting her with dad and feeling well feed and very welcomed Also visiting with Ted and Tony . They were great loving kind people.. My deepest sympathy to all her family for their lost.. May she rest in peace in heaven with those that have gone before her...and smile on those that carry her in their hearts.

We are so sorry for your loss. Reflecting on the her past 6 months, Gertie was truly an inspiring woman who enjoyed her active life and didn't waste a minute. Her sudden passing, although difficult, was a special gift, minimizing her suffering. Our thoughts are with you and wish we could be with you!
