My thoughts are with his family at this time. Helen always talked fondly of how good Don was to her and Pat. How he hauled them all over when they were young. Don and Linda opened their home to Helen and I many times when we came out for family gatherings.

Sending our heartfelt condolences as you bid your final farewell to Don. A special memory we will always cherish is purchasing a young bay gelding from Don, named Jobie. He lived with us for 17 years and then he was a wedding present to Maureen's niece, in Turner Valley, for her young children. He was a wonderful horse and we thought of Don often over the years. May he rest in peace, with horses surrounding him.
