Mrs. Herdis Lomness of Camrose passed away on Monday, February 1, 2010 at the age of 92 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Betty (Harold) Nelson of Camrose, Joan (Charlie) Cramer of Valleyview, Larry (Marlene) of Calgary, Wayne (Val) of Bawlf, Ken (Roseanne) of Salmon Arm, B.C., Rob (Judy) of Stettler, Gordie (Maria) of Valleyview, daughter-in-law Debbie of Camrose and son-in-law Ken Davies of Ponoka. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren 22 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; one brother Ben (Margaret) Pedersen of Camrose, and one sister Irene (Harold) Schacher of Camrose.
Herdis was predeceased by her husband Richard, daughter Lois, son Darren, and granddaughter Kimberley.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bawlf Lutheran Church with Rev. Calvin Skriver officiating. Inurnment took place in the Bawlf Cemetery.
If friends so desire memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Bawlf Lutheran Church or to the charity of your choice.
